We provide you with your plot Photos and videos on a quarterly basis.

We provide you with free accommodation for one day in a year 3 years

We provide you quarterly price variation trend.

Note: Applicable for 3 years or till plot is on your name whichever is earlier.

Price Protection

(2) Price protection policy; ( 1 + 2 )(This policy ensure that you are free from basic losses )

Suppose if you bought the land for worth 10 lakh and after the locking period of 4 years, when you want to sell same plot where the current price is down than purchaser price, Landbank insurance is responsible for the margin money loses.

Note: Insurance applicability on your plot shall be decided by LB team.
Insurance value varies from area to area based on risk.
Lock period 4 years or till plot is on your name whichever is firs.

Profit Protection

( 3) Profit Protection policy ( 1 + 2 + # ) )(This policy ensure that you will have a minimum profit of bank interest )

Suppose if you bought the land for worth 10 lakh and after the lock period of 4 years, when you would like to sell your plot, if the price is not giving you the minimum profit equal to bank deposit rates, Landbank insurance is responsible for the margin money considering the bank deposit rates.
